"The Fine Print"
   
The rate for LePetite Chateau is $159 per night/double occupancy.  An additional Guest or use of a second bed is an extra $20.  Receive a complimentary bottle of Oregon wine with a stay of three nights or longer.
Reservations are encouraged as far in advance as possible.  We require the first night's deposit in advance.  Cancellation is allowed up to 14 days from first night of stay.  Special events may require 30 day cancellation and a full deposit. Guests who cancel late, or do not arrive at all, will be responsible for the entire reservation. All cancellations may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
We are pleased to accept your personal check, and all major credit cards.
Pets are accepted on a limited basis, with advance approval only.  Regretfully, we do not have handicap access.  While smoking is not permitted in the cottage, please feel free to smoke on the front porch cottage.
