This is the central living area for your "home away from home."  It's perfect for socializing with friends or retreating from the world.  The sitting area has plenty of space for a small group or family.  A television with VCR and cable is provided.  We have provided a basket which contains a selection of menus from many of the excellent restaurants in the area.  We can confidently offer recommendations or assist with reservations should you desire.  "Le Petite Chateau" is air-conditioned for the hot days of summer (plus there are ceiling fans in the livingroom and master bedroom).
