Rates vary, depending on the number of guests and season, from $165 - $295/double
occupancy, per night. Each additional bedroom used is an extra $50.00. |

Reservations are encouraged as far in advance as possible. We require one
half of the reservation as a deposit in advance with the balance due at
check-in. Special events and some select holidays will require the full
full reservation amount as advance deposit. Cancellation is allowed up to 14 days from first night of your
reservation. Special events may require
30 day cancellation and a full deposit. Some regional events have a minimum stay length. Guests who cancel late, or do not arrive
at all, will be responsible for the entire reservation. All cancellations may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee |

We are pleased to accept your personal check (well in advance of reservation), and all major credit cards.
A check as payment for deposit is not considered a secured deposit until it has
cleared- usually 10-15 days. We charge a (refundable) security deposit of $150, and a (non-refundable) cleaning
fee which varies from $75-$200. By giving us your payment you are
acknowledging that you have read and accept our rental agreement (click here to
view). |

Pets are accepted on a limited basis in our
cottage, with advance approval only.
Regretfully, we do not have handicap access. While smoking is not
permitted in the inn or cottage, please feel free to smoke on the front porch or the large deck between LePetite Chateau and the inn.. |
